UCG, you are aware that you will be able to make lights invisible to camera and turn off shadow, so that they only light stuff and nothing else, right?

Also, be aware that the next RC is actually going to be 1.21 for both standalone and plugs... We don't want anyone to miss 1.21, because they were lookin' around for 1.5...

I await them as you do.

What comes out, I take advantage of; presume it's the same for the rest of you. :)

I've noticed making a light 100 transparent reduces it's output, so it is not that useful.
Anyone else notice this?

hi there
would really need some advice with lightwave plugin. i get an error every time i try open IPR and turns lwo layout off.
i don't know what else to try...
any ideas?
installed stand alone
installed plug in
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package
cuda driver

I don't understand your problem, can you elaborate it a bit more?

You need to be sure that you are working with the last Lightwave 11.6 final release, and the last 1.20.6 plugin release.
Can you post here the pluing about window image to see your build numbers?

Hey Juanjo, do you have any idea yet how long we may be looking at for 1.21?

I'm itching to see how visibility is going to be implemented... and to start using it, obviously! ;)

I am sure I can speak for many, when I say that we have total faith in you.

I guess I was thinking much sooner, since plug devs got advanced SDK's etc.. and figured much of the work was already in the bag, so to speak... It's all good J. :)

Edit: Oh yeah - if you can sneak in that Particle Emitter/Instances/MoBlur we were talking about (without slowing 1.21 release), it would not go to waste.. That one project with rain has not been finalized, and would love to still hit that with mb. In any event, this will be used fo sho.
