I have updated the installers at the top of this thread with:

3.4.1.45
- Compiled with Octane 3.04.1

This thread also includes STABLE installer builds (which will be a release or two previous to the TEST build).

Thanks

HI Paul,

Just upgraded to v3.0 since I needed to do a render in 2017, finally have all my licences on v3.0! :)
Also, Apologies if this has been asked already - I couldn't think of a good enough search term to find it.

I am rendering a 3D view (duh), but when I click back onto a/the plan view the render stops though without any apparent reason/notification. The play button is greyed out, I can click pause, then play again but nothing happens. if I click in the octane live viewer with the material picker I get an error:
"Octane Error Rendering Scene : could not pick, because rendering hasn't started yet"

Using the stable 2017 version from this thread, Revit 2017 Build: 17.0.416.0 20160225_1515(x64) and Nv372.70.
Win10/3770/16gb/K600(display)/GTX780(Octane)/GTX590/372.70
Octane 3.x: GH Lands VARQ Rhino5 -Rhino.io- C4D R16 / Revit17

I could not reproduce this issue with the latest TEST release of the plugin. If you reboot and try again, does the problem still occur?

Ah, sorry Paul, we just recently updated to 2017 and when I looked, the last post I saw about the new installers was for 2015/16. But I just saw that 2017 installers are there on p1.

But while we're at it, 2018 will be with us this month. Not sure if you have early access to the release(?) - would you have a rough ETA on that one?

I don't have access to Revit 2018, and there has been nothing posted anywhere by Autodesk on the API changes. So I will do a Revit 2018 build once Revit 2018 is released.
