I often find myself trying to Alt-Tab when I render images in high resolution (say Full HD) because the viewport covers up the whole screen. Of course I could resize the viewport but then I have to scroll around to see changes taking effect in the render.
For now it works with using the viewport material picker - which brings the octane menu back but that's kinda half assed IMO. Maybe add an "Octane menu"-button next to the White Balance picker?
Now...I'm pretty sure there are more important features than this cause it just seems to be "complaining" on a very high niveau

And 2: Could you add a dialog that popps up if you want to close the viewport that asks if you REALLY want to close it without saving the image?
I don't know if I'm the only one but it happened numerous times that I had left a render running over the day, came home after work, wanted to save the image (25600 S/P) and closed the viewport by mistake because I'm used to the way Poser asks me that question?
Stupid - since I could always turn on the "Save periodically"-option I know - but maybe this could be added anyhow

THanks in advance
