Hi all,
I have a request to help us:
I see some posts about problems in last days without posting any images or scenes with just some texts. There is lot of possibilities. Nobody can help without seeing your setups. Please post some sample scenes to figure problems. This will save the time for all.

Hi Everybody,
Since i see similar posts in forum about wrong usage of Octane Object tag and critism about differences between LV(auto mode) and Picture Viewer results. I understand that adding a new way which will avoid thus.
So,I'm working on a new algoritm for Animation Rendering. It's called as "Auto Mode". Which is similar to "Geometry->Auto" as in Live Viewer. But more smart.
With this mode we will not need to use Octane Object tags. No more any differences for emissive geometry or moving objects in Render Output. This mode will require additional computing time to analyse the scene for all frames. And find and decide which objects should be movable. This can cause some extra startup time but rest will go faster. I hope that i could explain it clearly.
Anyway i'll not remove manual mode. Because we can need to be sure about output reliability.
But at this point i'll need some test scenes. Mostly complex setups with deformers, cloners, particles, skin modifiers, etc... So i can test it better and release it when i'm sure that's stable. Thanks!

Sounds great Ahmet!
I will deliver you soon some scenes for testing.

Thanks. I need scenes with lot of animated stuff, etc.. I'll test it without Octane Object tag.Yambo wrote:Sounds great Ahmet!

Will you fix it later? This is seriously bug especially in big scenes...Changes for 2.23.2 R6.2
- Removed recently added a fix due stability issues. Fix: Removed double resending the geometry to Live Viewer on beginning of a render

This kind of issues always on my scope. But it's not a bug, at least for me. It's a design behaviour. There is some technical hardness to avoid this.xrex wrote:Will you fix it later? This is seriously bug especially in big scenes...Changes for 2.23.2 R6.2

Couldn't understood. Is it possible a better explanation? Which version? Is it specific to some scenes?alien wrote:Its not rendering animations, when i render it only render frame 0. Sometime you have to restart C4D multiples times to get Animation rendered
If you give me some detailed info we can check.
