1) What plugins are listed under Poser->Window->Addons

If OctaneRender for Poser is in the plugin list (as shown in the screenshot), there must be a octaneplugin.log file. Can you pls post that file. To find that file, refer to the post at the very top of this thread.

Thanks Andygraph. The log file had the info I needed. Can you pls try installing the version at http://render.otoy.com/customerdownload ... 2_DEMO.exe and let me know if it fixes the problem.
