And something strange after I apply Configuration :
Note that 3 GPU selected, note that "2" GPU indicated at the viewport but 4 temperatures.
And note that 4 GPU are working on the monitor.

cant find the OOC memory adjustment bar anymore... why or better where is it gone?
This is fixed in the version below.

Just a quick post to share that I'm not having big issues with this version of Octane (I always download the latest version) except fireflies with the daylight environment (sun), but it's something that I need to investigate better before submitting a "report" (ps, yes, I'm using all the "tricks" to reduce/remove this issue).

with that latest version all cards are activated anytime you open a file. in case of different vram amounts thats ofc not the best solution...

example: i use 1x gtx 970 for playing and doing stuff meanwhile which has just 4gb and 2x 980 ti for rendering in main rig... but now i am always cut down to those 4gb and forced to use ooc memory in case of a picture that needs more than those 4gb of vram. and its slowing down the 970 card aswell

edit: even whit installing last version of the plugin it stays in this messed-up mode now :(

Thanks. You can see in the log that the plugin version is 2.24.2.5 - so something is amiss. I will investigate.... Sorry for the hassle on this issue.

Yes, there is definitely a problem with card activation. I am trying to find a solution.
except fireflies with the daylight environment
Roeland posted something in this a while back. From memory is is related to a glossy material being too reflective.

Yes I noticed that too (b2.24.2.5). I though that I have a wrong version, checked and see that the debug is issued from the V3. Is there something wrong if I have different version of DAZ and plugin at the same time ? Never have an issue till the V3.0.6.13.

Hi itou31 - I have repackaged the installer again to make sure all the code is for 3.0.6.16 - can you pls re-download and install and test again from https://render.otoy.com/customerdownloa ... _Win64.exe. Make sure you delete the debug.log file prior to clicking the Apply Configuration button. Pls post the resulting debug.log file here.

EDIT: Link removed. I will re-post it in a hour.

I have refresh the installer at the top of this thread with:

3.0.6.16
- Fixed issue where textures from IRay shaders were not being loaded into Octane materials correctly after re-loading a scene
- Fixed issue where not all GPU's were being enabled (problem introduced in 3.0.6.13).

3.0.6.15
- Further logging added to determine why all GPU's are not being enabled
- Fixed various OutOfCore Textures issues

3.0.6.14
- Removed the Save as Jpeg Quality slider from the Preferences tab (since it was not used)
- Removed Jpeg from the Animation tab Image Format combo box
- Added logging to determine why all GPU's are not being enabled
