Just rhino use, the VGA driver fail, and rhino crash.

This sounds like the graph is faulty.

The thing that bothers me, is to have 8GB of RAM and Windows and the BIOS will see 8 but use 4gb

If you have 64bit Windows, it should recognise and use all the RAM you have installed on your motherboard (ie. the entire 8GB). It is only the 32bit version of Windows which had a RAM limit.

Small update:
I brought my PC to the doctor.
I did install the latest version of Windows on new SSD( the old is broke).
The problem remains that within -start-computer-management-Peripherals management, only one of the two GTX780ti appears correctly.
The other has a yellow triangle ...
Worked until last week, I do not understand why not now.
It could be that the power supply is faulty, since the series of problems that I have had to date?
