Please, post your test w/o material or in clay mode... It's very hard to get the difference between screenshots...

One downside in c4d is, that right now you can just have full objects as matte or object buffer.
If you think about it, texture or shader driven mattes are the only true sollution for decent masking.
Are there plans to implement shader based mattes or will octane use c4ds system?

Really excited to try this, for the multi-pass of course but these speed/noise improvements look incredible.
Waiting for the mac version (hopefully today? no rush...), but I'm really impressed how fast you got these new features implemented into C4D. It's really appreciated!

Hi guys,
I have updated win version with R13/R14/R15. Also will check for a R16 official version. Currently i have a problem with MacosX version to compile. I'll drop a working version ASAP. Passes has still lacks and need some improvements. Please only use it for testing the workflow and drop any feedback. My request is that from Octane devs, which are B/W buffers for objectIDs and dof/mblur support for info passes.
Regarding to sampling, I think soon people will understand how big improvement is here
