Something wrong. From my Paypal account disappeared 39.00 euro after upgrading C4D 2.00 plugin I did not expect it.

I don't see how that could happen? You have to login to your paypal account at the checkout and actually authorise each payment no?

Yes, but I don`t seen any messages on my PayPal account page about free upgrade if you buy 2.00 standalone version. I`ll check my credit card invoice again, but I already have message from PayPal bot.

The free upgrade is nothing to do with paypal. When you purchased the 2.0 standalone upgrade from 1.0 (which I am assuming you already did) it should of said at the bottom a single upgrade for the plugin of your choice app are free for a limited time.

Then when you goto your account and choose to upgrade the c4d plugin there is a bit at the bottom of the page saying you will not be charged even though it has an amount next to it.

Just want to make sure you have a valid 2.x standalone license in your account as well as 2.x c4d plugin? If so and you have been charged for the c4d plug you may have to contact support.

I bought octane v2 last night. This morning I go to get c4d as upgrade and cannot find any way to get it without going to PayPal.
Yes I looked in customer area and my account but no joy.

Instead of hassling Ahmet (who has better things to to do, like the OS X version), why not email OTOY - it's their website that you're using to buy the app and plugin. I found they respond pretty quickly.

Thank you very to release the beta , I had no problem to buy the standalone 2.0 and the Plugin with no extra charges

When i try the scenes Hair & Displacement don't work , i don't have any displacement tab in the materials but the motion blur looks incredible !

I believe displacement is from one of the new shaders and you add it to a channel. I could be wrong though as I cant get it working that way either so....

Hair is working fine for me though!

i bought the standaloneupgrade yesterday but cant upgrade the c4d-plugin anyway. the only option i found is to buy a new C4D-license 2.0 for 199 Euro. no upgradepath for the plugin or something like that. in my octane-acount it still shows under C4D-Plugin version 1.x

login, goto shop, should be a red button top right of screen 'upgrades from 1.0' which then let you select the upgrade. If not contact support I guess.

displacement doesnt work....
I have to put a displacement node in in the bump channel right?
