Very nice render.

Question about wrought iron balconies : are they fully modelled or planes with alpha map ?

PS: I forgot to mention, around 11,000,000 polygons, 30 minutes render time on GTX 480, and about 2 hours on GTX 260 1.8GB.

Seriously try to model some of the stones arround the edges of the house i dont know why but they got stuck into my eyes when i look at the model. Its not possible to be done with normal or bump ...hm you could try displacement map and subdivided plane. Great work though :)

The smoothing on the tiles that are on the grass could be causing some problems. They look like wrong smothing group is used.
The tree on the right of the house has a shadow that falls over the edge of the plane that eats some of the realistic look.

are they supposed to be paving slabs on the grass? They appear to be very random in their position.

There are some words reflected in the windows. If this were real, the words would have had to have been written backwards because reflected in the window, they are the correct way around.

@telemmaite - this project had so many changes from client side that I stop carry about realism at this level..
About the shadow, it's from my backplate, unfortunately for now shadow doesn't pass trough alpha maps and the shadow comes from the shape of the object,
witch is cylinder.
Client decide, today on the meeting to have glazing tiles in there :O , so rock wall goes to trash :D

Here are with displacement, before to be changed to tiles.
stones.jpg

@steveps3 - yeah, with my primary engine Vray and iGrass there will be rich fauna of grasses, flowers, and displaced dirt but in octane this is not possible for now, so this paving slabs are there, placed randomly waiting to be rendered with vray and insanely amount of grass :)
The words you see are a part of my background plate, I have to reverse it - thanks for pointing that. I get rid of the heavy trees and put background plate mostly to cut down the polys to 6 millions..

Thanks all for comments. Thats why this is still in work in progress not in gallery... :)
BTW there is a another meeting scheduled with my client later today and I expect more changes.... agrrhhh I hate that..
