Weird. So do you mean it's that particular image? It happens with other images I load. Or is it something to do with the type of HDR?

Here you have a custom build of the plugin for Lightwave 11.6 Windows x64. Please replace the plugin file and the Octane.dll and Octane.dat files in your system.

http://render.otoy.com/customerdownload ... indows.rar

This build has some fixes to work with HDRLS:
- HDRLS bug: sometimes HDRLS live images are loaded with wrong gamma correction. Fixed.
- HDRLS bug: HDRLS live texture environment node inherit wrong values from render target. Fixed.
- HDRLS bug: Reload scene in the IPR window clear the HDRLS live image. Fixed.

And it also has a new button in the IPR window to enable/disable the HDRLS live image when working with HDRLS.

Please test it to see if this build fix your problems with the HDRI backgrounds. Remember that HDRLS live images always have a power value of 1.0 ... I think that you have 1.5 in the texture environment node, so you are going to see the HDRLS image darker. You should use always a power of 1.0 while working with HDRLS ... if you need more light from the background you can change the power in the HDRLS background options.

Not a big deal but when I load a scene with HDRI Light Studio in it and hit Render IPR the background is default grey. I need to go to HDRI interface and touch something for it to connect to Octane. Great plugin btw !

Render or Reload? ... the reload issue is fixed in this last build.

Reload doesn't activate HDRI Light Studio image either, I need to go to the interface and for instance uncheck one of the lights.

Disable command won't let me plug my own Environment, I mean I can plug in daylight but with no effect, it is stuck to HDR Light Studio.

F9/F10 rendering is not working with HDRI Light.

Boris, I am testing all this problems and here all works fine :( ... yes, F9/F10 can't render the live image, the plugin only support the live image in the IPR window. For the final render with F9/F10 you need to save the HDRLS HDR image and use a texture environment node to apply it to the scene, like any other HDRI background.

But I can't reproduce your problems with the reload button, or with the "HDRLS" button ... for example when I disable the IPR "HDRLS" button I can work with the render target environment input without problems.
