I have a few requests. (using 1.18) I am working with HDR Light studio and have a nice setup to get it to work with Octane. The only problem is that the hdr's are flipped horizontally and I cannot get the texture transforms to fix that. Is it possible to get a flip vertical and flip horizontal added to ImageTexture? This would be extremely helpful!
Everything has been running smoothly with 1.18 Great work!

Yes, it's possible with negative scale values. I'm not sure it's setted in gui controls properly.shawnfrueh wrote:I have a few requests. Also, i should give a news for official Octane support in HDR Light Studio soon. This is really nice succes for the plugin.
Btw, 1.18 test1 version has a memory leak for float buffer on animation rendering. I'll release a fixed version asap.

Would love to see a "NO UPDATE anything-switch button" in the octane dialog.
Atm -> equal, if I disable all update-possibility options in the dialog and also in the render settings -> octane regardless updating mostly every work step.
For modifying only the model without any rendering feedback, it would be nice doing it do without any octane update process in this time period.
Have problems with this update behaviors on big arch-scenes with a lot of geometry - on mac os x 10.9.1.
Hope, you can integrate this soon

We've been trying to get Octane working with Team Render for a while now. Looks like the "Save C4D scene with assets" button still doesn't include the .HDR from my sky objects. It also appears to switch kernels between machines; on the host machine the kernel stays set to PMC, for example, and the rest of the machines reset to DirectLighting. Enabling the Kernel Override in the render settings dialog seems to work for this though. Using version 1.18a
