It's hot, it's new, it's better than v0.83: it's v0.84 :-)
Please pick it up at usual place intop of this thread.

It seems to be when I tried to add a bevel to some text. Without the bevel, the text renders.

Well I am not sure what happened. I removed the bevel and it rendered. I put the bevel back and it rendered also. This was the very first time that I had pressed render. So it could be an initialise problem with the new script????

...

Ok, I've tried again and whilst the text is exporting, it is not doing so with any material attached to it.

Ok, it's pretty rubbish (took all of 5 minutes) and I couldn't achieve it without converting the text into polys (which was the whole idea) but just a quick thank you to Lionel.

You're a gem.

Yeahhhhh thanks!

The material export stuff seems to be related to the version: I tried on both 2.56a and with a recend build and it exports properly with the recent one... Regarding the first problem I suspect instability in 2.56... :-(

I have problems with the material preview in Blender with your script, have you notice this? is like half preview, only one side is rendered in the preview material, the other side remains as before of any change.

Here it is, also I think the changes in the materials doesn't show in Octane, I change a Glossy material for a diffuse, and in octane remained as glossy, the option 'Overwrite project .ocs file' was checked.
