Communication actually worsened to the point of non-existence, since the Otoy takeover. Which is the thing that undermines confidence.
I can understand difficulties in coding & lengthy development of new features, but give us some info / updates on what's going on. Stop ignoring your users (which are also your beta-testers, investors, part-time support personnel & promoters), acknowledge user questions / feature requests, give us updates on development so it becomes clear where are we standing and what can we expect.
RS should now start to look like a serious business, instead it feels more like it fits into a garage or backyard.
