Hi Paul,
When doing a click to select for material,
then all materials are shown to select one form the list.
But the list is repeating itself about 6 times?
(this is not a v3 thing, but also previous version)

Have not encountered anything not working properly yet with v3 (doing v2 stuff);
Did a little playing arond in v3 with displacement (tree and grass), scattering (grass), proxies (people and grass), fog and emitters.
Will get my hands on new stuff later
Cheers,

Hi Paul,
any chance of an Alpha 3 ArchiCAD plug in update?
I've got a project that would be a good test of the polygon cap being raised!
Cheers, Dan.

Hi Paul,
the ArchiCAD 19 Version is named "ArchiCAD 19", but when I run it the installation is actually for AC17?
ArchiCAD 17 and 18 installers seem fine.
Cheers, Dan.

When I run the AC19 plugin installer it says it's the "ArchiCAD 19 Setup Wizard", and it installs into the AC19 folder - so it appears to be in order. May I suggest you re-download and try again?the ArchiCAD 19 Version is named "ArchiCAD 19", but when I run it the installation is actually for AC17?

Hi Paul,
yes, that has resolved the Alpha 3 install for AC19 I was having.
I had understood that one of the features of the Alpha 3 release was to lift or remove the geometry cap, but I'm still getting the "the ArchiCAD model has too many vertices and can not be sent to Octane" issue on some of my large projects. Any thoughts on this?
Edit - Just to clarify, if I crop the scene back to the point that it's under the geometry cap (currently loading successfully with 3.6mil polygons) I still have 1Gb of free video ram, so it doesn't appear that the issue is related to having more geometry than can fit into VRAM.
Cheers, Dan.

Hi Dan - you can control this via the Settings parameter "Maximum Vertices/Triangles". The old Octane engine limit was 19 million triangles (this limit is removed in alpha 3).I had understood that one of the features of the Alpha 3 release was to lift or remove the geometry cap, but I'm still getting the "the ArchiCAD model has too many vertices and can not be sent to Octane" issue on some of my large projects.
