@NZ : I will make some test as you ask.
But for now, 2020.2.5 11.11 works fine. In 2020.2.5 11.12, u did something that slow down with textures or materials. If I remove all materials of the scene, it works fine even with lastest build.
- TroubleShooting / Enable Repeated Viewport Update = IS OFF
- Material / Enable Animated material update in Viewport = IS OFF

ANY hint to use OctanePreset helper ?

That's strange.. It works fine on my machine..
I tested with ForestPro 7.1.1

* To check if it can be caused by some preference settings, could you :
-load the scene
-open Octane preferences
-in the Preset menu, choose 'Add Octane Preset Helper'
-in the parameters of this 'OctanePreset_001', change 'Included categories' to 'Full'
-save the scene with another name.

That will allow me to try with your preference settings..

* You could also try Preset / Reset default settings

*The other differences that could cause issue would be other plugins installed, GPU types, memory size, etc ..

Do you also have a crash when you try to export as orbx from the Tools tab ?

I am using itoo 6.2.4 amd max 2020 i will try itoo 7
I get crash when opening octane viewport window. Also was this bug with slow evaluation times and animated itoo objects fixed?

Nobody else have my problem ? What is the Nvidia Studio driver to use without problems ? I use 462.59

Hi HHbomb,
try using 472.12 Studio driver.
Updates windows to latest build available.
Unistall the Nvidia drivers using DDU Nvidia unistaller drivers tool.
install the Nvidia studio driver, don't install GeForce Experience and make a clean installation.

I'll try that. I'm sometimes scaried to install too early a driver before to have feedbacks

I think I used to have a problem like a year ago when I go into noise as amount and inside there is another noise and isnide that noise another noise and it just goes on and on. I think reusing old scenes with old octane caused it

Hi HHbomb,
I updated the page about the Preset Helper:
viewtopic.php?f=27&t=76178#p405061

I re-tested with 200 boxes and the slate editor, but I couldn't see much performance issues..
I hope I can find something if you add a Preset helper..
