I see , makes sense.
Can you advise if the Denoising is supposed to slow down the viewport tumbling? Since it does here and right now i am not sure
if this is another glitch or it is supposed to be this way?

Yes, Camera Imager and Post Process can slow down the preview a little bit. Device Settings (how many cards do you have and which one is dedicated to post process) can minimize it.
I tried swapping the piority on both of my cards but it didn't help, tumbling while the denoiser is on is very slow.
Why i am asking is because the denoiser in E-Cycles does not slow the viewport as much , maybe the algorithm is simpler.

Did you try to actually disabling Tonemap and Denoise for one of the cards?
Tried all the combination possible , only tonemapping and denoising on one or the other video cards , using only one of the two with same results.
Tried this in the latest RC3 version as well, so basicaly what you see in the video i posted.
What i am experiencing very often is OctaneRnderServer crashing and having to relunch it again to get back the license :\
