It looks like you don't have an all access subscription for 2018.1 onwards. If you think that's incorrect, please get in touch with our support team.twinsk8 wrote:how can i install it? i try sign out and start again but same window appears again...
Thank you for help
It depends on what kind of license you have. Please get in touch with our support team because I don't have access to the licensing system.manalokos wrote:We have 14 Standalone Licenses, and we are failing to understand how this licensing is working, there is no option for standalone, only subscription?
Will our Standalone licenses become subscriptions? What the hell is going on here?

I read in FB and according to Jules U. PMC was not trainned (yet) for denoiser. It may be in future. You should make it a request in the "Feature Request" or vote for.bagel wrote:So... Maybe I'm doing a dumb here, but AI Denoiser no longer working with PMC Kernel? Doesn't matter how I set it up. Since RC6, DeNoiser is ignored when using PMC. Still works on DL and PT though. Is this be design? Are you punishing those few of us that love the PMC Kernel? "Oh you like your renders to take unnecessarily long? Spectron lights are still WIP (there will be ongoing features added through the next two release cycles). 2019.1 out next will be adding more lights as well as fully customization inner volume shading which wasn't possible in 2018.1.ramone163 wrote:How this 2018.1 can be the FINAL one?
Still, when I look inside the volumetric spotlight (Spectron?), it disappears. I wrote about this from the first 2018 RC1.
So this volumetric spotlight is useless when my camera flies through the light.
It is provided as a separate additional subscription licence right now, which works fine with V4 (2018.1 isn't updated yet). For 2019.x we are making a proper slave-only licence that you will get in AA your bundle as if it were an extra plug-in.PolderAnimation wrote:Question regarding the extra octane slave we get with the enterprise version.
How does this work? How can I launch it? Where can i download it? Is there any documentation about this?
If you have bought Octane 4 (i.e you have a perpetual licence) and want to use the latest versions beyond V4, there is a yearly $199 Enterprise AA maintenance fee (per machine) that uses your V4 existing licences with the latest versions (i.e. Octane 2019), including plug-ins, standalone/slaves for that machine. If you don't re-up, then your V4 licences will still be able to activate V4 builds, but not the newer releases.manalokos wrote:We have 14 Standalone Licenses, and we are failing to understand how this licensing is working, there is no option for standalone, only subscription?
