With all the Octane 4 conversion work, I would say it will be a month or so before I get a chance to look at this fix.

I guess the update is not working I downloaded the last octane version for poser and still have those issues.

Can you pls tell me the actual version of the plugin you have installed? And can you post a screenshot of the problem you are having?

I installed the stable version now I run 3.8.2.88 and all works fine.
