Hi coilbook,
now you can use the Baking texture node to freeze your Dirt:

Sorry, but that is not possible. The texture baking node doesn't have any information about the geometry which is required to do dirt.bepeg4d wrote:Hi coilbook,

I created a ticket for this request, but I can't say when we will get to it.coilbook wrote:Please add dirt texture per object so external meshes do not affect dirt object texture
Could you please post feature requests here: https://render.otoy.com/requests/
Thanks.

I can't load this 32 bit TIFF texture anymore, it worked before:

A couple of small bugs that have existed for some time:
1. Grouping render targets results in the new render target having a "(2)" at the end.
2. Saving an image defaults to the last place you saved, but this is not file specific. If you save your image and then open a new Octane file, it will default to the last folder you saved from the last file. (Maybe this one is more of a feature request?).

I'm having Problems with Render Target Output Nodes resulting in crashing Octane.
Most of the time just adding a Render Target Output node will crash Octane.
Example Scene:
Double Click Render, Selecting multiple Render Target Output nodes will crash Octane,
or for example selecting "Sitzbank" will crash Octane
... also copying of various Nodes might result in crash of Standalone.

Should be fixed in 3.07 stable: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=63695rainbro wrote:Confirmed. Crashes when creating ouput nodes like geometry output

I was going to report crashes I was having when 2 Alembics (.abc) were being connected to a Geometry Group node (attaching a 2nd was crashing it), but it is in fact working fine in the new 3.07 stable release.
