Upgraded GPUs... not what I was exepcting :(

You can't do that manually. Renderer use them as much as possible. It depends to calculation requirement of scenes.

I was using the PMC kernel and all were maxing at 80%... switching to Pathtracing made them all max at 100%

As i said that it depends to content. Important that is getting results faster than V2. Don't worry about gpu usage.
