yes that's correct same machine,I'm using the 2.24.2 for H15 and in the slave i have downloaded the standalone from your post,same version.Still, not sure if version would be the issue as usually octane will show the node but give a mismatch version error which i'm not getting....
Ill have another go again,hopefully its something simple as fresh restart,but still weird...

Is it possible to transfer Cd Attribute or Color node to Octane materials?
For example I have geometry then assign Color node or Cd attribute and would like to render it in Octane, something like material converter in 3dsmax version of Octane plugin.

Nope, sorry. Currently Octane doesn't support custom attributes at point, vertex or primitive level, and anyway there are no shaders to read them yet.
Let's see if we can see this important feature along the 3.x dev cycle.
