Yep that did it Jim Star.

Had to reboot both systems after the instal but that did the trick.

NIIIICE!!!

Appreciate you getting the Mac OSX Maya version up and running with Octane.Very useful in the situation I am in. I have to run Mac most of the time to be compatibel with everyone else.

Now with PC slaves I can get some rendering done without having to switch machines all the time.

Building a Default Maya Scene with a bunch of shaders and lights etc.

Quick question:

I know you can scale and rotate an HDR hooked to an Environmet Sun Sky Node by adding a Octane 3d Transform. Works great.

Can you manipulate the sunsky environ node when it is just a sun sky without a texture? Scaling and rotating it directly does not have any effect. Does it have to be controlled just by attributes in the standard options in teh attribute editor?
