Just a quick hint though . The beams on the roof are not placed properly you will never see beams placed on the long side of the the house because of the higher bending moment and slack unless there are some supports in between.Well that is from the construction side.

Then those could hold those you already have there if you want double top construction. There could also be few diagonal boards in those walls, even when boards span is so close. That's from construction side.
From architectural side, this is gonna stand in some american suburbs right ... ? I still have nightmares of those houses....
