3ds MAX 2012 - CUDA DEVICES shows me nothing

Hi There. I just buy ( past ) the Octane Standalone and also the plugin for 3ds max 2012.
I installed both of them and also activated them. But in 3ds MAX ( i have only 1 GTX 550 ti ) its not showing any Cuda Device, and when i press render or open viewport. nothing happend. Completly empty.

Do ihave any special driver from Nvidia in order to make it work ?

im downloading the latest Nvidia driver... to see if it solve my problem.
