Iv pretty much got the placement copy feature set up :D.
After alot of math, trial and error
Here is a picture of it:
I will post a video tutorial of this soon (2 weeks or so)

tried with blender and instanced particle-objs but it seems not to works: do you gather it will be possible to directly use instances from the 3D software ?

awesome news!!!

some great node you guys added!

playing with the scatter node now, but don't really grasp the idea of the transform window in the atribute editor.
what exactly is supposed to be written in there???

Could the number spread out for the scatter coordinates be more define:

EG

1.546 0 -1.501 223.571 0 2.155 0 0 1.501 0 1.546 48.762 == 1 Transform

What is the translation, scale and rotation?

Also,

Is there any way (for blender) to export just the coordinates for the selected mesh?

thanks, wasn't completely clear.

it says there is a 12 digit matrix available, but rot, transl and scale are 9 altogether.
what would the last 3 be for? (or am i misunderstanding something here?)

how would it be written down?
like:
(x,x,x)(x,x,x)(x,x,x) (rot)(trans)(scale)
or
x,x,x x,x,x x,x,x rot trans scale

just found the test scenes. will be playing around with those
