Great progress guys!

Apologies if I'm reiterating a much laboured point - however, when might we expect to see RIB integration released?

Thanks

Thanks for the update ;)

Any idea though when the Kepler architecture will be supported? I'm thinking more and more about buying a GTX 670 or 680...

Yet no OSX 64bit? What a delusion.

Thanks! Will download now.

Btw, any hints on when the Maya plugin might be released? Is the Maya plugin-beta program still running? Anyone heard anything? :)

We've been using Octane for a larger project over 6 months now and having it within Maya would help us immensely.

Thanks,
I've read all the posts in that thread.
It seems that I'll be bound to 2.57 version until the performance comes back-up in the newer versions (best scenario) or, until I move on to a new machine.
Quality is the most important aspect of Octane, BUT with my current hardware (old, I know ;) ) speed is also a factor.
The goal is naturally to get a (much) better gpu (gpu's) but until then ...

Anyway, thanks again for your time,
I hope that a solution will come up relatively soon (maybe in the 2.60 version).

For me, I get this error when I will try open scene in the standalone version.

Hey guys,

I've been out of the Octane scene for awhile because of the lack of instancing support from 3Ds. Did later releases fix this?

(sorry if this is an oft asked question but I've been poking around in the forums and cannot find a reference to it)
