Problems with my access to the plugin 3dsmax !!

I'm having problems with my access to the plugin, I reinstalled the operating system and installed win7 3dsmax plugin and Octane, but the password is not working out, what happened?? I read a warning that has to wait one hour, but already have two hours that I disabled access to use again, and went to try anything, do not access the plugin.O I do now?

Can i just confirm what is going on here please?
1) you de-activated both your standalone and plugin license
2) you re-installed windows
3) you installed the standalone version and activated it ok?
4) you installed the 3ds max plugin but it won't activate?

Then you can activate your plugin again. System assumes you are still using your licence and prevents to activate it again.
