Hello,
I am trying the demo of Octane Render with a Tesla C1060. The joined test file take me 2 min to render, while a friend with a GTX 580 take 20 sec.
I expected that the 580 was a little better, but not like this... Have I missed somethings or the 580 are the best of all ? My drivers are up to date.
Tesla really efficient ?

The Tesla C1060 is has a GPU from the same generation as the GTX 200 series, its specifications indicate it should perform similar to a GTX 280. The main advantage of Tesla cards over GeForce cards for Octane is they come with more memory. They have other features for GPU computing, like better double precision performance, but these are not needed for Octane.
