License Activation

Hi, I'm sorry to be pushy but I wonder how long does it take to get my licence activation for the Autodesk plugin I purchased.
I received the email with payment notification and detail of installation etc.. but despite the purchase is paid in my customer area (9093) the octaneLive activation username and password for the plugin is still missing and I thought that I could test it during the weekend...too early?
