Commercial Product News & Releases (Download here) forum in the Licensed Customer forum group


Could you kindly send me the relative instructions?

If you have just bought Octane your order may not have been processed yet.
Refractive do this manually and their office hours are M- F New Zealand time.
As I answer this it is 8:40 am Sunday.
You forum name is not yet purple denoting a paid up customer so you won't be able to access the Commercial forums yet, sorry. Check back later today because sometimes the guys will process orders during the weekend. ;)

Hi Eznit_PT, you may have registered two usernames on the forum. It is possible that the access to the licensed areas was granted to your other forum username (you have one with a confirmed hotmail email registered). It is advisable to use and maintain only one username on the forums.

Yes, but this gmail account is that I tried everything ... the hotmail account no longer exists, ... I did everything new for this account that I am now, until I received the email from [email protected] to tell me how I have to do to activate the account, ...

hi Eznit_PT, what I mean is this forum name you are using... 'Eznit_PT'. Logout from this one and login with 'Eznit' on the forum. You have made the paypal payment using 'Eznit' and it will be the username on our servers. Don't worry about the registered email address, you can change this once logged on here again (using Eznit). You can change the registered email address through the user control panel.
