Please add anisotropic materials. I really miss these materials which are very common (metals, cd's, fabrics etc.). That would be really fantastic.

you can simulate it with brushed bumps

I am after something like that, I don't think this can be done through bump, if you prove me wrong, I am more then happy ;)

for silk materials we need fresnel materials

what about the highlights? I used anisotropic materials so far in every renderer for that (together with fresnel).
