Hard drive is new and quadro FX fails

I have two issues. I replaced my hard drive that crashed today. I want to install the new beta 2 version. Will I be able to do so with my existing license?

Second issue: In the "Read Me" files, it posts a link to see if your graphics card is Cuda capable. My new Quadro FX 4800 is on the list. It has driver version 8.16.11.9187, dated Jan. 26, 2010. Yet I get a warning when I try to load the software. It says:No CUDA capable devices found, exiting ..
Is Octane only working with GeForce cards and not Quadro FX ones?

1. I think it is fine. I believe the licence is generated from CPU number.
2. Octane 1.02 beta 2 requires cuda 3.0 - Quadro driver 191.87 is cuda 2.3 - update to Quadro driver 197.03
