Hi There
I am slowly working my way through the basics of Octane and so far i have acheived some impesive results.
Can any one help with regard to material settings on objects imported from DAZ Studio 4 ( as obj files ). Once I import the saved object I am able render using the texture maps from the original scene BUT without the material settings for reflection/glossyness etc.
Do I need to set these up again once the object is imported or am I doing something wrong during the export/import process?
If I need to set the material properties again before rendering is there a step by step tutorial for new users or any advice that you can give me?
Kindest Regards

Hi GHot, I build a skin material from DAZ for octane.
It is in the material database.
Cheers, mib.
