I think that it's a good starting point (i like the illumination, the chairs and furniture materials and really love the ceiling - I think it's perfect -) those are my suggestions for improve your realism:
- background image (a skyline of some city)
- less emission from the monitors
- a "moquette" texture (or some tiles of any else materials) for the floor
- maybe more reflection for the window frame (looks really flat)
- apply some shaders to the "relax areas" (chairs with lamps)
- some little particular around the scene (plants, books, sheets, Pc in different position/orientation)
that's all!, i'm sure that it will become a great job!
