after, when the scene is rendered, up to 64,000 samples .. computer reboots! morning is not the most pleasant to see the collapse!

Yeah, autosave rendered image every x min, or x sample would be wery useful.

Yep, autosaving to some directory* every N* samples or %* of max samples, should be a no brainer feature

* specified in settings

I agree. It si better to find an image with 45000 s/px instead of 64000 rather than no image because of a computer or power failure.

Autosave would be great.

there is a workaround this,

you can set to render an animation with less samples... ie. 100 frames with 900 samples,
and make a median sum of the resulting images... it will even help removing the fireflies.

But still better to have autosaving for rendered images and even better a resume function.
