2nd, it will be the default for beta2, including the mac build (which is working ! yay)

So does that mean we are all installing new drivers for beta2?

You don't need a new GPU,but you'll need the CUDA 3.0 toolkit and 197.15(or 197.13) driver for beta 2

So...(???)
Do we need to upgrade right now the driver, or just after buy a Fermi, or after new Octane that takes advantage of that, or???
(AND, OR, XOR, NAND)???

beta2 is out tomorrow, you should update your graphics driver to something that support CUDA 3.0 and you'll need to install the CUDA 3.0 toolkit. I'm set - i have both installed already.pedrojafet wrote:So...(???)

i stand corrected, apparently i don't need it for 3DCoat now either.

windows users don't have to install it.
