anyways, i know how to make it downsample good. just need the time to implement it and i don't think it will be for beta2...

Hey one question. Are we gonna be able to put different material in the coating node?? I think You know what I mean.

not really. (understand what you mean).

if you mean you can texture/modulate the thickness of the film coating, yes.
