I know it isn't in the features roadmap, but is it hard to build a texture baker render to output maps to be used in retopology techs for game devs?

I see, but keep it in your next step features list.
I'm shure it will be very useful for game designers and even to render animations without raytrace in another softwares, while Octane doesn't render frame sequences.
Imagine it... Create the bake of full texturies in Octane, export the maps and animate without any raytrace in the others 3D softwares... Could be great.
Shure, color, shadow, reflection and refraction should be exported as different maps. Very PRO feature...
-color as 24bits map.
-caustics, bumps, transparence, shadow, reflection and refraction, as 8bits maps.
