Problems activating..help?

Hi there,

i've just bought the Stand Alone Octane Renderer and i downloaded and installed the latest versions. But everytime i try to activate it using my UserID and passowrd,it says its not allowed? I really have no idea about what else i can do.

Your account appears to be activated correctly. What is the exact error message?

When i try activating my Octane Render on my pc..it tries to activate but gives me the message ,"Invalid OctaneLive account or wrong account / password combination".

Then you are using the wrong username or password. You can find your octaneLive username and password under the customer area on our website.
