Hi,

The idea was to use a restored cloister to integrate a loft.
This is based on a reproduction of a cloister here in Liège, a place where I like to go from time to time and I can see myself living in such a peaceful place.

Everything modelled with Blender 2.5

Thanks lzanlorenzi,

For the carpet I used displacement in Blender, of course this produces a lot of poygons ;)

My favorite is the b&w , very photographic look...
very good job on the modeling
however when I look on the interior scenes the DOF setting make me feeling the furniture looks like in doll house
from the photographer eye to strong DOF for the types of scene , the focal should be not greater as 35 mm and best would be around 27
but it looks like above 150-200 mm what is more for Portrait scenario

regarding to the carpet , how you get displacement maps rendered in Octane ?
or is that high resolution model ? as it look very authentic

Thanks for viewing and commenting,

MEC4D : Yep, sometimes I tend to exagerate a bit the DOF
