not sure when we'll have time right now to work on it.
should'nt take too long, maybe after 2.2 ?

Hi Radiance,
is there any news about white balance?
Adjust the colors is much more difficult without this feature.

Same here, the film response is nice, but we are in 2012, working with colors and temperatures would be way more practical.

Currently, you have only response curves from still/print film stocks.
I think it would be really appropriate to include motion film stocks from Kodak and Fuji, too. Maybe along with a grain slider whose pattern depends on the film stock chosen.
Along these same lines of color management, have you considered enabling LUT functionality where you could import a curve from reference and a grain image?

From a film/video editor, perspective, this along with proper white balance & kelvin temperature control would be excellent. I pay particular attention to the color grading tools available to me, & to have more options in the tonemapping stage ahead of any still/animation editing or compositing is a good thing.
