I love the texturing, it's perfect, the eyes might need some more reflection, but it could be the light, them being shadowed by the hair, which is awesome btw. Really, really nice!

i think i should change my subjects. apparently they distract viewers from the outstanding (just kidding) technical quality
and to be honest, me too - from making them bettter imo, the moment you start asking for the phone number of a rendering, the focus might be a little shifted wrongside
