We may use Octane for visualization, but we need the lighting to be geographically accurate. What is Octane's north direction?

Z+ should be (if north offset is zero)

a little test... this photo taken from wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sundial#Ho ... l_sundials):

The obvious is that which is never seen until someone expresses it simply
