URGENT!!!!!octaine live account problem

OCTAINE RENDER NOT ACCEPT MY OCTAINE LIVE PASSWORDS.

IS SAYS..

INVALID OCTAINE LIVE ACCOUNT OR WRONG ACCOUNT / PASSWORD COMBINATION

I TRIED THE FORUM PASWORDS TOO BUT NOTHING HAPPEND.

I CANT USE PROGRAM

AND I REALLY NEED NOW

the correct octanelive account/password is only available from here: http://www.refractivesoftware.com/accou ... nelive.php - have you used this? did you purchase the correct version/package?

yes I tried but not working

no body support me at octane render firm..(still no help ... I bough licance yesterday morning)

how can i reset the octaine live id and pass

you can't reset anything there - just deactivate a previously activated license online (i.e. to transfer it to another computer); and afaik official customer support is available through _new zealand_ office hours, so you will for sure get some response after the weekend.

note: normally, if you have already received a live id and password, your account should be valid and working. so it would be a good idea to check if you did purchase the version you try to use - just to be sure.

Make sure you use a standalone account, and not a plugin account. Running the standalone version requires a standalone license, and running a plugin requires both a standalone license and a plugin license.

if i need standalone licance i can buy it...if it is the problem..i have only OctaneRender® for 3ds max® v1.0 Beta License...

Have you been to the Customer Area (use your forum nic and password to login) on the Refractive homepage to enter your details and get the username and password to enter into the standalone preferences panel.

i tried both in 3dmax i tried both in stand alone....
stand alone licance
3d max licandce

first warning say
stand alone activated but there is a problem plugin account...


when i try again
is says

wrong pasword and id combination
