the image off the table with the light looks really good. It seems miniature to me.

Great car model. For the car, don't forget to always give thickness to the windows glasses, otherwise the whole volume of the car will be considered as having the same IOR as the glass specular material and you will get a lens effect. I don't notice this flaw on your car, but as you say that you don't master specular materials, you could encounter this trouble at some moment.
