when i switch from direct lighting to pathtracing on scene taking more than 200 MB there is an error "NVIDIA display driver windows kernel mode driver version 190.38 stopped responding but has recovered" sometimes happens bluescreen and last time i've seen new symptom bugs in display after error (screen add in attach) but they disappear after restart. Temperature isn't to high () 63' in furmark after 2 h and 55' after 1 h in octan in directlighting . I was trying diferent driver versions (196.21 adn 197.13 beta) but it nothing change.

Linux version has many problems like you have. So I am using Windows version.
But I going to use Linux version, faster than Windows version, when console version would be available,
since it would not have conflict with notorious Linux's OpenGL stack.

i think those new win7 drivers are not compatible anymore with the older drivers the v0.81a demo was built against.RUNNER wrote:I am using windows 7 x64 and trying 8000 and 9000 and there is no different.
