More details about the brand new HRE Performance Wheel of the Porsche.
I am currently preparing a serie of tutorials about Octane Render.
- Les bases (en français)
- Texturing a wheel with Octane and 3D Coat (en français aussi)

Hi,

Your work is always amazing, so realistic. I own 3DCoat, it's a great soft. There are not many good tutorials about texturing with 3DCoat so I'm looking forward to seeing your work ! ;)

In 3d coat, you can work with 3 passes. Color map, specular map, normal map. It's perfect for Octane.

excellent!

I think you could use specular maps on the asphalt, it seems to glossy, you can apply maps to specular and roughness, and asphalt is glossy but not that evenly..
and that moire effect on the texture of the tyre needs a fix.. great tyres by the way..
did you model those cars in c4d?
