Couple days ago I started polymodeling mars rover and today I decided to give it a first test ride in octane:) This is just quick and dirty test and there is more work to be done on robot and environment also...

Tnx guys for comments. I'm finishing up with modeling so I should post some updates in a few days. I'm also in a search for Mars HDRI and would appreciate if someone could tell me where to find one:)

@pedrojafet

I don't remember seeing it, but I would like to watch it:) Can you please post link:)

@mib2berlin

I doubt he was speaking about that project. Movie from your link is released few days ago and it's done in Houdini :)

Tnx:) It's just below 1.7 mil triangles but there's plenty of room for optimization of geometry...

EDIT

P.S.

I intend to model solar cells:)
