Hi.
I am new to Octane. And I would like to know if the program doesn't have different viewports so it is possible to see your scene from the top (side, front etc.).?

nope, for now it doesn't have anything alike, also for now there is no orthographic cameras, I think it has been mentioned that they might be implemented after beta, but I'm not certain.

That makes it really hard navigating your scene doesn't it.?
I have loaded a pretty large scene from obj. maybe 1 square kilometers. How do I navigate in this scene quickly.
Anyone has some good settings for the space navigator (3d connexion). My mouse seem to behave rather strange..

with the camera zoom picking gadget you click on the objetc you want to center the scene with, then navigate around with wheel and mouse, quite easy once you get a hold of it, and much more intuitive than using ortographic views.
